TUSK shall not be liable for any other expense, damage or loss whether direct, incindental, consequential, or exemplary arising in connection, with the sale or use of, or inability to use the Tusk accessory for any purpose. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of any incindental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.
LIMITATIONS: This warranty shall not apply to or include:
(A) accident, (B) misuse or neglect, (C) lack of reasonable and proper maintenance, (D) items improperly installed, (E) modifications not recommended or approved in writing by Tusk, and/or (F) normal wear and deterioration occasioned by the use of the Tusk accessory.
